My 8X great grandfather, Richard Graham, followed the Quaker faith in London. In 1691 Richard was married for the third time and this time it was to a Quaker woman named Alice Hale. As you can see from the marriage document, a Quaker wedding was very well documented! Th information provided his occupation, a locksmith, and the name of his father, George, who was also a Quaker but deceased.
Perhaps the most unusual detail was that the names of those attending the wedding were listed too!
