My 2X great grandfather, Charles Sansom, has provided a ton of material to blog about. Sadly, in the early 1900’s he ‘seemed’ to have some sort of breakdown or midlife crisis. Historically, Charles lived in Minnesota when this happened and from there became somewhat transient as he became a travelling preacher! Going forward, we’ll look at many more ‘adventures’ Charles had in his life but today’s image is from 1927. As part of his religious exploits the image tells us that Charles convinced Mr. Payne to surrender his property!
As the news clip tells us, Mr. Payne was intent to get his property back, since Charles credibility was in question.
Looking back at many aspects of his life, it is sad, for it became clear that Charles Sansom had many ‘issues’ n his life.
