Looking very honestly at my skillset, I have no claim to being a writer in any degree. I have no secondary education or taken any courses in creative writing. However, to my credit what I ‘do have’ seems to compensate my shortcomings.
I have an incredible appreciation for the past and specifically, those ancestors who laid a foundation, long ago that we in the contemporary, benefit from. Further to my abilities, I have plenty of skill at telling a story! With all of these blogs that I’ve presented for the past while, what I’m doing is telling the stories of those people of my past. Perhaps at some time you’ve visited some historical site with an interpretive center?
Assuming so, you may have benefitted from the guide at the center being skilled at their position? Well, such is how I consider my skills and abilities.
