In the years spent researching my ancestors have not disappointed! A great debt is owed for all they did that we presently benefit from. Learning the various occupations they toiled away at is a feeling like no other and I am truly ‘blessed’, thanks to their efforts. Their occupations were varied but many of them had a farming theme. Others were mariners, Francis Hinderwell was so skilled at sailing and navigation, that he became a Thames pilot! My Kerr ancestors were linen factors, while my Newell’s were corn factors who did very well. I have written many books about their lives and can make a personalized history book for ‘you’ too!
